Responsibilities

Product Ownership
- Define and manage brokerage products and features
- Develop product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams
- Contribute to product roadmap and strategy

Strategy & Analysis
- Analyze ROI, market competition, and build-vs-buy scenarios
- Drive product strategy and improve operational efficiency
- Report on product performance to stakeholders

Customer & Regulatory Engagement
- Lead customer calls to gather insights and address issues
- Participate in regulatory discussions to align product strategy
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements

Must-Haves
- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years in Product Management, Engineering, or startups
- Interest in Brokerage and FinTech
- Experience with SQL and BI tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Business acumen for stakeholder tradeoffs
