Job Description

• Project Manager (Enterprise Integrations)

  • Responsibilities
    • Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using brokerage APIs (equities, crypto, options, etc.)
    • Coordinate global integrations: scope, plan, execute, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet objectives
    • Partner with product, engineering, compliance, legal, BD, operations, and customer success to resolve issues and align resources
    • Run weekly partner check-ins; track and report status, risks, and dependencies
    • Guide partners through onboarding requirements (KYC, AML, regulatory disclosures) and improve onboarding frameworks
    • Act as the internal “voice of the customer”; communicate partner needs, prioritize feature requests, and support integration success
  • Requirements (Must-Haves)
    • 2+ years enterprise project management experience; strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills
    • Excellent English communication; proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese
    • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
    • Global customer availability/flexibility
    • FinTech/financial markets/investing interest; startup mindset
    • Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Google Workspace
    • Sales/customer success background; training/enablement experience
    • Brokerage/stocks and/or crypto experience
    • Technical familiarity: Metabase; experience with “mod” (as stated)
