Responsibilities

Content Licensing & Negotiation
- Negotiate and execute SVOD licensing agreements with content rights holders in Japan
- Manage content selection to maximize customer satisfaction using data insights
- Build and maintain relationships with content providers

Content Strategy & Coordination
- Develop acquisition plans, financial metrics, and goals
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for content promotion and approval
- Coordinate content launches with marketing and external stakeholders

Performance & Reporting
- Review performance data and project key metrics
- Create business cases and contract documentation for approvals
Requirements
- 5+ years in content licensing, acquisition, or related roles in media/entertainment
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Experience with broadcast networks or TV production is a plus
