Program Development and Execution
- Develop strategies, set priorities, and communicate with stakeholders
- Coordinate with global teams to adapt programs for Japan
- Design pilot projects to gather insights and implement solutions

- Partner with operations, technology, logistics, and customer service teams
- Analyze operational data to identify improvements
- Present recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications
- 5+ years in program or project management
- Experience with data-driven improvements and stakeholder communication
- Fluent in English; Japanese language skills preferred
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA, experience with automation, and influencing senior stakeholders
