Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Design Process
    • Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile products, aligning with business and user needs.
    • Iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and testing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions.
    • Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines.
    • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • User Research & Testing
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
    • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with product managers, developers, and business teams.
    • Contribute to improving internal design processes and fostering collaboration.

  Requirements

  • Experience & Skills
    • 3+ years in web or mobile product design, preferably B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
    • Proficient in Figma, with basic front-end understanding.
    • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese.
    • Experience with user research, usability testing, and design systems.
    • Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
  • Preferred
    • UX research background, front-end development, project management, or AI product experience.
    • Experience in sales industry is a plus.
