Leadership & Experience
- 3+ years in engineering management
- 5+ years in software development (backend preferred)

- 2+ years with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, Sentry)
- Experience with certificate management and PKI infrastructure
