Responsibilities

- Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and engineering team
- Clarify scope, manage expectations, and report progress

- Plan short, mid, and long-term project roadmaps
- Ensure timely and efficient product releases

Result Evaluation
- Analyze project value and outcomes
- Plan improvements based on post-release data

Customer Needs & Market Analysis
- Conduct customer interviews and analyze data to identify core needs
- Track competitors and develop market positioning strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager with stakeholder communication experience
- Data analysis skills using quantitative and qualitative tools
- Basic understanding of system operations and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Business-level English and Japanese proficiency
