Responsibilities

User Research & Design
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs
- Design solutions based on user insights and validation

Collaboration & Development
- Work closely with product managers and engineers from concept to launch
- Facilitate workshops, create artifacts, and build prototypes

Design & Mentorship
- Apply user-centered design and systems thinking to discover opportunities
- Mentor fellow designers and client team members
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in web/mobile service design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with user flows, workflows, and cross-team collaboration
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic front-end tech (HTML/CSS) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; Japanese and English language skills are advantageous
