Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Product Management
    • Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements for used smartphone services
    • Lead product lifecycle from development to improvement
    • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and operations teams
    • Plan and execute product releases, analyze post-launch performance
    • Understand user needs through interviews and data analysis
    • Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and sales for business growth
  • Strategy & Analysis
    • Set business goals aligned with MVV principles
    • Define KPIs and track product performance
    • Use data to propose and implement improvements

  Requirements

  • Experience in product decision-making, strategy, and roadmap creation
  • Data-driven analysis and KPI management skills
  • Collaborative experience with engineers and designers
  • Optional: experience with self-owned products, UI/UX, marketing, SQL, or system basics

  Conditions

  • Salary: ¥5,000,000–¥8,000,000
  • Location: Tokyo, hybrid work environment
