- Lead end-to-end development of a new application on the core platform, CADDi Drawer
- Design architecture, select technologies, and model domains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers

Team Leadership
- Manage and guide a global engineering team primarily operating in English
- Contribute to building a high-performing, scalable team

Technical Guidance
- Contribute to technical direction, architecture, and product lifecycle management
- Ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure web applications
Requirements

Experience
- 7+ years in web application development on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Leadership of teams of 5+ engineers
- Experience with B2B SaaS or B2C product lifecycle

Skills
- Fluent in English, capable of complex discussions
- Experience with architecture design, CI/CD, Docker, and full-stack development (React.js preferred)
- Backend development with statically typed languages is a plus
