Responsibilities

Test Frameworks & Automation
- Design, build, and improve automated and manual test systems
- Increase test coverage and reliability
- Embed quality into CI/CD pipelines

Test Strategy & Quality Assurance
- Define test plans, coverage goals, and quality metrics
- Lead defect management and root cause analysis
- Establish QA standards and best practices

Collaboration & Mentoring
- Work with engineers and product managers on testing
- Mentor team members in testing practices
- Evaluate and implement testing tools
Requirements
- +5 years in QA leadership and 7+ years in software development
- Experience with automated test suites and defect management
- Knowledge of QA methodologies and CI/CD integration
- Nice to have: experience with large-scale systems, Agile, SaaS, and Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or 3+ years in Japanese work environment)
