- Understand customer needs and market trends to create detailed technical specifications, considering AI model performance and system architecture.

Bridge Engineering and Business
- Act as the main interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.

Lead Technical Product Roadmap
- Develop and execute strategies for AI-based document automation and workflow solutions.

Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years in Product Management, preferably with B2B SaaS products.

Technical Skills
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and collaborate with R&D teams.

Languages
- Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) and business-level English.

Soft Skills
- Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
