- Make development decisions, refine specifications, prioritize tasks, and assign team members
- Potentially handle project management based on experience and preferences

Technical Environment & Product Focus
- Work with blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Tendermint, Hyperledger, etc.)
- Utilize languages like Go, Rust, Solidity, Kotlin
- Develop applications enabling cross-chain token transfers and stablecoin payments
