Job Description
Responsibilities

UX/UI Design
- Design user experience for new AI products
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop and improve information architecture and user flows

User Research & Testing
- Conduct user interviews, ethnographic research, and usability testing
- Perform UX analytics and testing to inform design decisions
- Present research findings to stakeholders

Collaboration & Workshops
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers
- Lead discovery workshops and gather requirements
- Summarize and share workshop outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, especially in B2B markets
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Experience with UX research, analytics, and design thinking
- Business-level Japanese and English language skills
- Legal work authorization in Japan (if applicable)
