Responsibilities

Product Development
- Develop generative AI products across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
- Participate in a startup environment during the launch phase

Development Practices
- Focus on code review and pair programming
- Enhance code readability and maintainability
- Select development methodologies (agile, waterfall, ad hoc) per project

Team Collaboration
- Attend weekly in-person meetings at Tokyo office
- Communicate primarily in English within the team; use English and Japanese with other departments
- Participate in weekly engineer study sessions to learn latest technologies
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in web or mobile app development
- Basic knowledge of networks, databases, algorithms, and data structures
- Reside in Japan near Tokyo and able to commute to the office
- Experience working in Japanese companies and business environments
- Business-level English and N2 or higher Japanese skills
Technical Skills
