Responsibilities

Product Design for DX Support
- Design solutions for human resource challenges in digital transformation (DX) for Japanese companies
- Develop and improve products supporting large-scale DX talent development

User Research & UX/UI Design
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to understand user needs
- Create intuitive interfaces and information architecture
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- Iteratively test and refine designs based on user feedback

Additional Design Tasks
- Visual design, guideline creation, marketing materials (LPs, banners)
