Responsibilities
- User Experience Design
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Interface Design
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Create visual design elements that effectively communicate product functionality
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
- Present and defend designs and key decisions to stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs to improve user experience
