Responsibilities

Design and User Research
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and engineers
- Conduct user research and facilitate workshops
- Design user interfaces and visual assets
- Develop prototypes and perform user testing
- Review implementations and ensure quality

Service Design
- Create seamless customer experiences across online and offline channels
- Design comprehensive service visions and support digital product development

Tools & Collaboration
- Use Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, and supporting tools like Slack and Notion
- Work with international teams and participate in large-scale projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience (web, product, interior, or architectural design)
- Work experience in Japan as a designer
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)
