Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, in-house and external designers, engineers, and UX designers
- Work alongside domestic and overseas team members
- Conduct user research (e.g., surveys, interviews)
- Plan and facilitate workshops
- Design user interfaces and visual assets
- Develop prototypes and conduct user testing
- Review implementations and perform quality control
- Create interfaces with a focus on holistic customer experiences
About Service Design
- Design the overall customer experience, including product and non-product touchpoints
- Create ideal user experiences across online and offline contexts
- Provide seamless design and implementation from UX consulting to product development
Tools Used
- Primary: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma
- Supporting: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Google Workspace, Notion, Keynote, CREATIVE SURVEY, Slack
Team & Environment
- International team from China, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Sweden
- Communication primarily in Japanese, with language support provided
