Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
- Manage software development teams in Taipei and Tokyo
- Build AI-driven mobile apps, content platforms, and B2B products
- Ensure quality releases, automate tests, and validate edge cases
- Design scalable, high-performance solutions for 2B and 2C users
- Support production issues with rapid troubleshooting and triage

Product & Operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage product backlog and sprints
- Own Taipei office operations, policies, hiring, and vendor relationships
- Define and implement internal tools and productivity products
- Engage with local partners and manage enterprise partner programs
- Support brand promotion through seminars and university events in Taiwan

Technical Skills & Requirements
- 10+ years in software development (Javascript/TypeScript, Python)
- Experience with scalable infrastructure, mobile app deployment, and AI systems
- Proficient in cross-regional team leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving, automation, and testing expertise
- Fluent in Japanese, Mandarin, and English; able to work directly with Tokyo HQ
