- Design the technical architecture for JAPAN AI's products, translating business goals into system requirements
- Define feature boundaries, domain design, and API specifications
- Make Build vs Buy vs Integrate decisions and guide technology investments
- Address non-functional requirements like scalability, security, and cost
- Collaborate with engineering, product managers, and designers to shape product direction
- Develop roadmaps for technical debt resolution

Technical Leadership & Decision-Making
- Lead architecture design for AI-specific features such as RAG, tool-use, and multi-agent systems
- Conduct RFC-driven design reviews and trade-off analyses
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for product development
