Responsibilities

Project Management
- Oversee all phases of interior and architectural design projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage project lifecycle from estimation to close-out

Client Relations
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships
- Identify opportunities to expand services
- Communicate project progress and deliverables effectively

Team Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams including consultants
- Review proposals, contracts, and project documentation
- Resolve project issues proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field
- 8+ years project management experience in architecture/interior design
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe CS
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- LEED accreditation preferred
- Licensed Architect or relevant certification preferred
