Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Develop visually appealing, user-centered designs based on requirements and research
    • Collaborate with product managers and developers on new features and enhancements
    • Utilize the established design system to maintain consistency across interfaces
    • Continuously improve user experience through iteration and feedback analysis
    • Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to refining the design system
    • Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, principles, and personas
    • Work with customer support teams to address feedback and identify areas for improvement

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualifications
      • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product design
      • Proficiency in Figma for collaboration and prototyping
      • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
      • Good communication skills in English and Japanese (N2 or above)
      • Willingness to learn more about product design and conduct user interviews
      • Live, plan to live, or relocate within commuting distance of Tokyo office
    • Nice to Have
      • Experience in the security industry
      • Experience working with design systems
      • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
      • Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
