Documentation Creation and Maintenance
- Translate complex platform architecture, APIs, workflows, and onboarding processes into clear, structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop API references, operational guides, release notes, troubleshooting manuals, and partner-facing help content.
- Establish documentation standards, categories, review cycles, and versioning rules.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Partner Success teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Gather requirements, clarify technical details, and identify documentation gaps.
- Support onboarding, API adoption, and operational processes for internal and external users.

Knowledge Organization
- Create and maintain a shared glossary of terms, acronyms, and transaction flows.
- Design a scalable documentation structure for long-term maintenance and searchability.
- Convert tribal knowledge into maintainable documentation.
