Responsibilities

Design Ownership
- Lead end-to-end product design from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Define and maintain a scalable design system for consistency
- Conduct user research with animators and studio professionals
- Collaborate with engineers and ML researchers to deliver professional interfaces
- Shape design culture, standards, and processes as the team grows

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma and building design systems
- Experience with complex software or professional tools
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Additional Requirements
- Based in Japan or willing to relocate (relocation support provided)
- Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus
