Responsibilities

AI Model Development
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy diffusion models for image and video tasks
- Develop ComfyUI workflows and custom nodes for production pipelines
- Manage Dockerized services and inference endpoints
- Design tools for training LoRAs and dataset management
- Stay updated on multimodal research advancements
- Contribute to UI and backend API development
- Collaborate with designers and animators to meet creative needs

- Explore areas like 3D mesh generation, character rigging, or webtoon-to-anime workflows
Requirements
- Strong AI engineering experience with diffusion or transformer models
- Proficiency with ComfyUI and Docker
- Experience deploying and monitoring inference endpoints
- Fluent in English; Japanese conversational skills are a plus
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with foundation models or training large datasets
- Knowledge of 3D workflows, open-source AI projects, or anime production
