- Identify new ideas and technologies to enhance the product
- Support issue resolution and product delivery
- Review and adapt to customer and business needs

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent with client delivery/product ownership experience
- Strong agile and product management skills
- Experience with customer journeys and technology trends
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Japanese and English fluency
- Experience managing complex delivery pipelines
- Patience and understanding of client transformations
- Consulting experience is a plus
