Responsibilities

Visual Direction
- Lead overall visual style for mobile games
- Guide in-game art, UI design, and promotional materials
- Ensure consistency across visual assets

Asset Production
- Create character illustrations and visual assets
- Collaborate with development team on visual requirements
Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years in digital illustration, 2+ years professionally
- Experience with high-fidelity projects and team collaboration

Skills
- Strong understanding of colors, lighting, anatomy, and character design
- Knowledge of Japanese animation and illustration styles
- Optional: background/world illustration, environment art, Japanese language skills
