Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Handle requests from service planners
    • Manage schedules and coordinate tasks using XTM
    • Conduct kickoff meetings and support language teams
    • Review deliverables and ensure timely delivery
  • Quality Control
    • Perform Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA)
    • Fix language-related bugs and issues
    • Manage outsourced vendors, including feedback and contracts
  • Communication & Support
    • Respond to questions from language owners
    • Coordinate via Slack and other tools

  Requirements

  • Business-level English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Basic PC skills and multitasking ability
  • Experience in project management or localization (preferred)
  • Knowledge of UX, CAT tools (XTM), and bug tracking systems (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
