Responsibilities
- Product Design
- Create intuitive, user-friendly designs for Mercari's digital products
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Define and implement visual design language across platforms
- User Experience Research
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions
- Create user personas and journey maps to guide product development
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Present design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences
- Balance business goals with user needs in design solutions
