Responsibilities

Platform Roadmap & Design
- Lead the BizStack platform roadmap for front-end and back-end scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design durable platform features.
- Translate customer and industry needs into architecture and features.

Performance & Validation
- Monitor platform health metrics like performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Use AI tools to build proofs of concept for technical validation.
- Balance technical debt, performance, and delivery timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Align platform investments with overall BizStack strategy across teams.
Requirements

Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in product management for technical or platform products.
- Strong technical knowledge of front-end and back-end architecture.
- Experience with B2B solutions or SaaS products.
- Proficient in English for communication and documentation.
- Comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for prototyping.
- Effective collaboration across engineering, UX, and business teams.
- Willing to work in the office at least once weekly.
