Responsibilities

Program Leadership
- Manage the AI Innovation Hub, including roadmap and execution of incubation cycles and events.
- Lead multiple AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee a portfolio of AI experiments and PoCs to prevent silos and redundancy.

Incubation & Experimentation
- Design and refine processes for idea validation and milestone achievement.
- Ensure initiatives address real user problems and deliver measurable productivity gains.
- Coordinate mentors and experts to guide teams effectively.

Change Management & Culture
- Build a vibrant AI community and promote continuous learning.
- Create accessible AI best practices, guides, and templates.
- Organize events like Hackathons and Demo Days to foster engagement.

Operational Excellence
- Define and track success metrics, including business impact and adoption rates.
- Collect feedback to improve programs and AI strategy.
- Communicate progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years in program management, product operations, or innovation roles.
- Proven change management skills and ability to influence organizational adoption.
- Experience working with software development teams and understanding SDLC.

- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities.
- Strategic agility to balance high-level planning and tactical execution.
- Business-oriented view of AI, with ability to validate ROI and feasibility.
