Responsibilities

Organizational Management
- Build, operate, and standardize organizational processes
- Enhance budget, P/L, and resource management across data/AI teams
- Develop hiring strategies and optimize headcount in collaboration with HR
- Shift operations from person-dependent to systematized processes for scalability

Strategic Planning
- Support company-wide data and AI strategy formulation
- Create strategic materials for management offsites
- Conduct market research and data analysis for new business initiatives
- Develop and research technical strategy roadmaps
- Analyze AI trends and competitors’ data utilization
Requirements
- 3+ years in PMO, corporate or business planning at an IT or operating company
- Experience in stakeholder, P/L, and project management
- Strong documentation skills and interest in AI/technology
- Business-level Japanese and basic English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
