Responsibilities

Product Reliability & Platform Engineering
- Identify and resolve issues in products, generalize solutions for company-wide use
- Improve observability through distributed tracing, metrics, and logs
- Ensure reliability in large-scale data domains like HR and accounting
- Collaborate with security and QA teams to enhance development speed and governance
- Establish and operate SLOs/SLIs, set goals based on business needs
- Automate operations, improve CI/CD pipelines, and reduce toil
- Manage infrastructure capacity and optimize costs

Technical Skills & Collaboration
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration
- Ability to learn new tools and adapt quickly
Preferred Skills
- Experience in software development (Golang, Ruby)
- Microservices architecture and database tuning (MySQL, Aurora)
