  • Project Leadership
    • Lead project execution beyond administration, focusing on problem-solving
    • Identify bottlenecks and assign clear ownership and deadlines
    • Design and manage adaptive governance and change management processes
    • Facilitate shared understanding among stakeholders across companies
    • Shield leaders from operational noise to enable focus on core tasks
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Interview key members and structure expectations
    • Ensure alignment across banking, payments, and platform domains

  Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in IT or business sectors
  • Experience in stakeholder alignment and issue management
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and basic English (TOEIC 700+)

  Preferred Skills

  • Experience in finance, payments, or machine learning
  • Interest in data analysis (e.g., SQL)
  • Experience with AI development or process improvements under uncertainty
