Responsibilities

Design and User Research
- Identify problems, generate ideas, and design user journeys and interactions
- Support user research to understand customer pain points
- Create prototypes from low-fidelity flows to pixel-perfect mockups

- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Collaborate with non-design stakeholders for iterative improvements
- Maintain and evolve design systems

- Use product analytics to hypothesize UX issues

Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience as a designer in product teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating detailed product design
- Experience in SaaS, web/mobile products, and remote collaboration
- Native-level Japanese or JLPT N2, business-level English
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments and multitasking
