Responsibilities

Design and User Research
- Translate research insights and business goals into user journeys and interactions
- Create low-fidelity flows and pixel-perfect mockups considering accessibility and responsiveness
- Support user research activities to understand customer pain points

Collaboration and Development
- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams for iterative design
- Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems

Data-Driven Design
- Use analytics to identify UX issues and opportunities
- Adjust design strategies based on customer needs and data insights

Team Contribution
- Help shape the culture and processes of a young design team
- Proactively identify new opportunities and iterate designs accordingly
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in product design within in-house or embedded teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail
- Experience with SaaS, web, and mobile products, remote collaboration
- Native Japanese or JLPT N2 level, business English proficiency
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple roles
