Job Description
First 90 Days Deliverables
- Learn Moneytree Business: product features, Open Banking stack, user base, and SMB challenges
- Audit growth channels and performance: review campaigns, funnels, and analytics; identify quick wins
- Build key relationships: connect with Product, Sales, and Engineering stakeholders
- Develop initial hypotheses and testing roadmap for growth experiments
- Launch and analyze at least one high-impact growth experiment
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Growth Marketing, ideally B2B SaaS or FinTech
- Proven track record in user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven strategies
- Deep understanding of SMB market needs, challenges, and digital behavior
- Expertise in growth channels: paid acquisition, SEO, content, email, product-led growth
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Creative and innovative mindset, passionate about new growth opportunities
- Background in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
