Job Description
Responsibilities

Product Development & Strategy
- Identify and evaluate ODM/OEM partners to meet product requirements
- Gather and translate internal needs into product specifications
- Propose solutions based on cost, performance, and compliance

Lifecycle & Risk Management
- Monitor component lifecycle and obsolescence risks
- Manage product change notices and mitigation actions
- Coordinate with suppliers on EOL/PCN impacts

Project & Supplier Management
- Plan for long lead-time components and mitigate supply risks
- Assess supplier performance and review non-conformance reports
- Coordinate testing, certification, and compliance activities

Internal Collaboration
- Work with engineering, sales, and operations to ensure product quality and delivery
- Handle non-conforming units and follow-up actions
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years in hardware product management, engineering, or sourcing
- Experience with OEM/ODM suppliers and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing and compliance standards
- Proficiency in English; Japanese skills are a plus
- Preferred: robotics, automation, or high-tech hardware experience
