Job Description
Responsibilities

Hardware Development
- Design system hardware architecture and requirements
- Create and validate board schematics and prototypes
- Develop and test hardware, including wiring and cabling

Testing & Certification
- Conduct performance evaluations and failure analysis
- Perform EMC pre-scans and ensure compliance
- Support product release and deployment

Collaboration & Documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Document hardware and firmware designs, test plans
- Drive improvements through analysis and optimization
Requirements
- 7+ years in embedded hardware, firmware, or system design
- Experience with motherboard design, high-speed signals, PCB layout
- Knowledge of hardware security, product certification, and EMC testing
- Proficiency in hardware-software interface and component selection
- Business-level English; Japanese preferred
