Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Lifecycle
    • Research industry trends and emerging technologies to guide product decisions
    • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
    • Oversee product portfolio from inception to retirement, achieving key business metrics
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Coordinate between product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams
    • Establish governance practices for risk management and milestone tracking
    • Collaborate with R&D on product roadmap and technical specifications
  • Customer & Market Engagement
    • Engage with customers to design system architecture and negotiate requirements
    • Conduct market analysis to shape product positioning and competitive advantage

  Requirements

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related; Master’s/MBA preferred
    • 7+ years in product management, preferably in automation or robotics
    • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
  • Technical Skills
    • Knowledge of robotics platforms, motion control, embedded systems
    • Experience with hardware-software co-development and technical specifications
    • Familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
    • Understanding of standards (IEC, ISO, UL, CE), APIs, network architecture, cybersecurity
    • Optional: Data analytics and telemetry skills
