Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale software and system initiatives
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and objectives
    • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership
  • Program Management
    • Establish governance, risk mitigation, and resource allocation
    • Manage multiple programs aligned with business priorities
    • Define and evolve product and system portfolios in collaboration with R&D
  • Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Gather and manage requirements for successful delivery
    • Ensure deliverables align with company OKRs and roadmaps
    • Engage with teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment

  Requirements

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related; Master’s/MBA preferred
    • 5+ years in program/project management in software or systems engineering
    • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and program frameworks
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments
    • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
    • Experience in industrial automation or robotics is a plus
