Responsibilities

Documentation Creation and Maintenance
- Write, edit, and update technical documents for developers, operators, and end users (e.g., API references, tutorials, troubleshooting guides)
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all materials

Collaboration and Standards
- Work with engineering, product, and UX teams to extract technical details
- Define and maintain documentation style guides, terminology, and tone
- Plan documentation for new features and releases

UI and Localization
- Review and improve UI text, warnings, and onboarding flows
- Support internationalization and localization efforts

Feedback and Improvement
- Analyze feedback to enhance documentation usability and discoverability
Requirements
- Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Understanding of software development, APIs, and modern workflows
- Experience with technical documentation in fast-paced software environments
- Familiarity with documentation tools (Markdown, git, CI workflows)
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand code examples
Preferred Skills
- Experience in robotics, manufacturing, or industrial automation
