- Design Leadership
- Lead the product design vision and strategy for the company
- Establish design systems, guidelines, and processes

- Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and business teams
- Communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
