Responsibilities

Web Campaign & Launch Management
- Manage end-to-end online release timelines for campaigns, promotions, and product launches across regions
- Coordinate with global teams to gather requirements and ensure timely execution
- Translate business needs into clear deliverables and plans
- Ensure content, visuals, pricing, and promotions are accurate at launch
- Identify risks early and propose solutions to meet deadlines
- Support post-launch checks and issue resolution
- Improve processes and workflows for web releases and campaigns

Team Collaboration
- Act as main contact for online project execution during campaigns
- Work with marketing, design, development, and merchandising teams
Requirements
- 2–5 years in web operations, digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and timeline management skills
- Basic knowledge of website structures and CMS workflows
- Fluent in Japanese (N1) and proficient in English
- Excellent communication skills
