Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership
    • Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for core platform teams (Payments, Data Engineering, Infrastructure/SRE)
    • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for tech enabler initiatives like security, refactoring, and cloud migrations
    • Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, coordinating with senior stakeholders
    • Communicate progress regularly to engineers, managers, and leadership
    • Collaborate with engineering leaders to align priorities and resolve resource conflicts
    • Contribute to architecture and design reviews for scalable, reliable solutions
    • Drive process improvements and operational excellence
  • Technical and Strategic Involvement
    • Operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and strategy
    • Ensure technical foundation remains strong and innovative

  Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6-8+ years in technical program or project management, or software engineering
  • Experience managing SDLC and working with engineering teams on platform and backend systems
  • Knowledge of Agile, Jira, and Confluence
  • Preferred: 8-10+ years, experience with large-scale programs, tech debt, security, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills
