Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    • UI/UX Design
      • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to develop new features and enhance existing UI/UX with a user-centric approach
      • Design UI/UX for PayPay securities apps, mini-apps, PC trading sites, and management tools
      • Create UX flows based on concepts and design systems
    • Research & Analysis
      • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research via questionnaires and interviews
      • Use data analysis tools to propose improvements

    Requirements

    • Experience
      • 3-5+ years in mobile (iOS/Android) and web UI design
      • Proficiency in Figma, Overflow, and Adobe
    • Language
      • Business-level English or Japanese (native Japanese or JLPT N1)
    • Application
      • Include portfolio with resume

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in financial product design
    • Knowledge of Human-Centered Design and design thinking
    • Experience managing in-house services
