Requirements

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in CS, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience building financial trading systems
- Proven success in scaling product and engineering teams

Technical Skills
- Designing large-scale, low-latency systems
- Strong system architecture and coding skills
- Proficiency in Go, React/Next.js, Kotlin, Swift, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- Familiar with Git, JIRA, and Agile development
