• Overview

  As our business grows in Japan, we are looking for a video editing assistant to support the production of various content for platforms such as YouTube and social media.

  You Will

  • Edit videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, X, and Instagram.
  • Manage video materials, editing structure, and add subtitles, BGM, and sound effects.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms, including resizing formats.
  • Organize filmed content and manage the editing schedule.
  • Collaborate with production directors and outside companies.
  • Create simple thumbnails and edit slide-style videos as needed.

  You Should Have

  • At least one year of experience editing videos for social media or YouTube.
  • Proficiency in editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Over one year of experience creating thumbnails and editing images using tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
  • The ability to suggest structural and content improvements, not just follow instructions.
  • An awareness of current social media editing trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond quickly.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • An interest in investment and economic news.
  • Experience in video shooting (with a smartphone or a professional camera).
  • Experience creating motion graphics using tools like After Effects.
  • Previous experience managing or planning content for YouTube or TikTok channels.
  • Knowledge of entertainment or business-related video content.
