Job Description

• Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination
    • Manage engineering progress across international sites and external partners
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
    • Ensure project milestones and quality gates are met
  • Data and Process Oversight
    • Verify project artifacts and technical data for accuracy and consistency
    • Redesign and manage quality gate processes
    • Drive project risk management and mitigation
  • Business and Cost Analysis
    • Conduct benchmarking and should-cost analysis
    • Support production readiness and manufacturing transfer

  Requirements

  • Experience
    • Project or development management in R&D or manufacturing
    • Cross-domain coordination (mechanical, electrical, software, etc.)
    • Knowledge of product development processes and quality gates
    • Experience with technical documents (PRD, BOM, validation plans)
    • Business-level English skills
  • Preferred Skills
    • PMP or similar certification
    • Experience in hardware product development, mass production, or global engineering
    • Familiarity with PLM, BOM management, and cost analysis
