  • Responsibilities

    • Brand Experience Design
      • Create user experiences that reinforce and enhance Rakuten brand identity
      • Develop design solutions that align with brand marketing strategies
      • Ensure consistent user experience across brand touchpoints
    • Marketing UX
      • Design user interfaces for marketing campaigns and initiatives
      • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for marketing platforms
      • Optimize user experiences to drive marketing performance
    • Stakeholder Collaboration
      • Work with brand strategists, marketers, and product teams
      • Present design concepts that support marketing objectives
      • Gather feedback and iterate on designs to meet brand goals
